Chemfax is serious about quality control and making sure our custom chemical products are always top quality. That's why we are regimented with our quality control, and all of our products are tested prior to leaving our facility. Every specialty chemical that leaves our facility must meet strict product specifications before going out to our clients. We also keep records of our quality control and can provide these samples to our clients upon request. We believe in providing the best possible service and products.

All products are tested before leaving our chemical manufacturing facility in Calgary, Alberta. We conduct rigorous testing to ensure everything meets product specifications. Records are retained indefinitely, and quality control samples are kept for two years in our facility. We assign batch numbers to each production run, and these numbers are printed onto all labels. The batch numbers can be specified by our clients or generated by Chemfax.
Chemfax can retain quality control samples, or we can duplicate samples and forward them to our clients. For every Toll Blending client, separate quality control binders are maintained. Certificates of analysis are issued for every batch of products manufactured. Quality control testing regimes are usually provided by the client but can be prepared by our experienced laboratory staff.
Chemfax or the client can also produce a "Production Record Sheet" to confirm the quantities used and verify raw materials. All of our analytical test equipment is calibrated regularly and is maintained to a high standard. All of our staff are trained in the relevant quality control techniques. Chemfax Products retains copies of all raw materials and finished product safety data sheets/labels and process sheets as long as we have materials on site.

We handle local product delivery with our in-house delivery team and our Chemfax fleet trucks. Orders that require shipping are contracted to our preferred transport companies.
